Attendance
Please confirm the start and
end time of your class with your
First American Sales
Representative. If you
arrive late or leave early, you
may not receive your clock
hours. Read
our school policies and

reissued certificate

certificate, we need to confirm

In this 3 hour course, participants will become more aware of common escrow scenarios, how these situations could evolve into possible conflicts, and how to identify and avoid these circumstances well ahead of the closing room. In this class, we will solve the following Case Studies:
- The Pending Divorce
- The Unvested Spouse
- Predatory Lending and Buyer’s Remorse in the Closing Room
- Seller Credit Toward Closing Costs vs. Lender’s Allowable Closing Cost
- Additional Seller Debt Appearing on the Preliminary Title
- The Out of Sate Buyer or Seller
